Please plan on joining us on Wednesday, February 22nd for a joint Philadelphia Chapter ASSE/Philadelphia Section AIHA dinner meeting, being held at Seasons 52 Restaurant in King of Prussia, PA (click here for directions).

Our speaker will be Debra L. Rodgers, Senior Vice President, Global Risk Management for ARAMARK (Philadelphia, PA). Ms. Rodgers’ will be presenting on “Changing The Culture/Improving The Risk Profile: The ARAMARK Journey”.

When she joined ARAMARK in 2003, the frequency and severity of claims were headed in the wrong direction. The organization was very siloed, with no understanding of the loss drivers or how to mitigate the risk. Her presentation will focus on the journey ARAMARK embarked upon 8 years ago, with a focus on the results achieved, including the organizational credibility gained in the process. She will be available to discuss specific health and safety challenges, and how ARAMARK applied a strategy to mitigate those risks.

Payment for this meeting MUST be made at the door on the night of the event. No advance payments will be accepted. Payment must be made via cash or check ONLY (no credit cards or PO’s will be accepted, and we cannot invoice for the meeting).
